Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving. Orders received after 6 pm CST will begin to be processed the following day. Some orders are not immediately on hand, such as custom orders, and need to be produced. These orders may take extra time, and we will always attempt to contact you to inform you.

Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days. Any product shipped in Wisconsin will be subject to sales tax of 5.6%

If you wish to return an item, send us a message within 15 days of receiving the item using the contact form.

Item needs to be returned in original packaging to issue a refund. Refunds will be issued via in-store credit.

There are no returns on custom work.

Custom work can be made upon request. Times vary from beginning to finish for customs, and depend on current workload, approval of designs, complexity of designs, etc.
